Since the beginning, we have supported owners of all profiles—from studios to family apartments and up to high-end chalets—with an approach based on real data, strong on-the-ground operations, and a human service. Today, more than 250 properties trust us, and this growth is the result of one factor: a reliable, demanding, and sustainable service, designed for both owners and travelers.

Sébastien Blasco Founder – Owner Relations

Sébastien is one of Care Concierge's founders. He leads owner relations — onboarding new contracts, visiting properties, and resolving any question or issue as it comes up. He's also a licensed real estate agent for Swixim International, our real estate partner, giving him a dual expertise in property management and real estate. Always on the ground, Sébastien built his service standards during a career at a five-star hotel before co-founding Care Concierge. He covers the Sallanches and Les Houches areas.

Laila D'ham Director of Operations – Housekeeping & Logistics

Laila is Care Concierge's very first employee. With five years of experience as a manager at a five-star hotel, she now leads all of our operations — housekeeping, linen logistics, and equipment management across the entire property portfolio. Known for an exacting standard of service, Laila is one of the people every owner comes to trust, from the first meeting through day-to-day property care. Based at our Les Houches office, she covers our full service area, from Chamonix to Megève.

Sacha Cousin Administrative & Finance Director

Sacha is one of Care Concierge's founders and leads administration and finance. With several years of accounting experience at a major hotel franchise, he oversees the company's financial management as well as its growth strategy — identifying new opportunities and expanding our managed-property portfolio. He covers the Sallanches and Les Houches areas.

Lorie Chanel Communications & Guest Coordination Manager

Lorie leads communications and guest coordination at Care Concierge. Trained in both accounting and real estate, she also works across listing management and direct bookings, and supports owners with day-to-day requests. She helps the team organize new contracts as they come in. Lorie is based at our Sallanches office.
