Premium chalets · Chamonix valley

We manage the valley’s premium chalets, and we fill them

Chamonix, Argentière, Les Houches, Servoz. Sauna, hot tub, Mont-Blanc views, ski-in ski-out: a chalet of this standard is not managed like a studio. It needs pricing reviewed day by day, wide distribution and a team on the ground. That is what we do from our offices in the valley.

What we do

A premium chalet is not managed like a studio

The difference is not in the pitch but in the method: pricing reviewed every day, distribution on the channels that pay, and teams based in the valley, not in Geneva.

Listing and distribution

Professional photography, carefully written listings, distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, HomeToGo, Holidu and our own direct booking engine.

Daily pricing

Pricing reviewed every day with PriceLabs. Across our four premium chalets, occupancy gained 14.6 points in a year without raising the nightly rate.

Guest support, seven days a week

Welcome, key handover, digital guide sent before arrival, and support throughout the stay from our offices in the valley.

Cleaning and linen

Hotel-standard cleaning after every departure, bed linen and towels provided, and a check of the property between stays.

Technical maintenance

Sauna, hot tub, fireplace, home automation: this equipment does break down, and a high-end chalet does not forgive a wait. A network of tradespeople in the valley, billed at cost.

Introductions on request

Private chef, driver, ski instructor, masseur: we put your guests in touch with independent professionals in the valley, whom they book directly to suit their plans and availability.

Where the fine chalets are

The high end is not in the centre of Chamonix

This is not a market opinion: it is what our own portfolio shows. The chalets that let best are up on the hillsides, at the edge of the forest or at the foot of the lifts, rarely on the pedestrian street.

1

Les Praz

A quiet neighbourhood at the foot of La Flégère, away from the bustle of the centre but only a few minutes by car. This is where House Bérénice is, 1.2 km from the gondola.

2

Les Bossons and the forest edge

South facing, lined with trails, opposite the Bossons glacier. Chalet Soljanel has a private garden here, 700 m from the Brévent gondola: quiet without being remote.

3

Coupeau, above Les Houches

A quiet, sunny hamlet with direct access to the trails and to the Tour du Mont-Blanc. Chalet 1000, built in 2024, has views of the Mont-Blanc range from every room.

4

On the Les Houches ski area

The one location you cannot buy twice: the pistes at the end of the garden. Chalet Kieppi is 300 m from the Prarion pistes, 6 km from Chamonix and 500 m from the shops.

5

Argentière

The village in the valley closest to Les Grands Montets, popular with keen skiers and noticeably quieter than Chamonix. We manage properties here with our Les Houches team.

6

Servoz and the entrance to the valley

Less well known, greener, ten minutes from Chamonix. The rules there are more relaxed too: two change-of-use authorisations per owner, against a single one in Chamonix and Les Houches.

Frequently asked questions

Entrusting us with a premium chalet: what owners ask

Yes: 19 % incl. VAT of the rent collected, whatever the property. There is no more expensive “luxury” rate card. What changes with a premium chalet is the work: more equipment to look after, more demanding guests, finer pricing. Technical call-outs are billed at cost, with no mark-up.

Across four premium chalets in our portfolio, from 1 January to 5 September 2026: €241,240 in revenue, or roughly €60,000 per chalet over eight months, at €537 a night on average and 54.3 % occupancy. These are real figures, not a projection — but they depend on the property, its location and its availability. We run the numbers on yours before any commitment.

No, and the figures say so. Across those same four chalets, the average nightly rate fell by €14.56 in a year while revenue per available night rose by 33 %. The whole gain comes from occupancy, not from the rate. The same mechanics apply across all our portfolios.

Yes, and it is common among chalet owners. You block your dates on your owner portal and we adjust the pricing around them. Just be aware that every week blocked in high season has a cost: across those four chalets, 165 nights have been blocked by owners since January.

We put your guests in touch with independent private chefs in the valley, whom they contact directly. Each chef has their own cooking, prices and diary: we would rather guests chose for themselves than have a supplier imposed on them. The same goes for drivers, ski instructors and masseurs.

Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, HomeToGo, Holidu and our own direct booking engine. At the high end, Vrbo brings little volume but long, expensive stays: a single Vrbo booking last month came to €10,500, at €1,200 a night over nine nights.
